This 27,000 square-foot home store was built inside a beautifully preserved renaissance revival-style, seven-story building located at the corner of Lafayette and Broome Streets within the extended SoHo Cast Iron Historic District. The historic exterior of this vintage property, dating back to 1893-94, remained untouched while the interior cellar, first and second stories were renovated to accommodate the unique PIRCH shopping experience. PIRCH specializes in top-shelf lifestyle goods for the home and carries a curated array of superior brands for indoor and outdoor kitchens, bath, outdoor and lifestyle appliances. Other features include a live demonstration kitchen and a back-of-house support kitchen. Burke constructed 18 full interactive kitchen vignettes as well as 15 bath vignettes. An exquisite spa featuring a waterfall and personal wellness items such as steam and dry saunas are also displayed.
