Winner of the 2010 NAIOP Spotlight Award for Best Redevelopment Project. New construction of a 5880 sq. ft. banquet hall, a 1232 sq. ft. training restaurant, nine new hospitality training suites, and chef locker rooms. In addition to the new building a new 24,000 sq. ft. parking area was installed.
