Receiving a LEED Gold rating in 2010, this 46-story building was part of the largest private sector construction project in the world. Burke Construction Group was involved in the construction of the 42 luxury suites on the top six floors. Each floor, consisting of 24,642 square ft., was divided into seven luxury penthouse condos for a total of 147,876 sq.ft. The floors were cast-in-place concrete with concrete support columns and a glass curtain wall system.
