The 153,000-square-foot Class A Office development sitting on 23 acres just south of I-215 between Durango Drive and Buffalo Drive embodies the latest architectural advancements and is the first true four-story concrete tilt-up office building in Southern Nevada. The site development includes approximately 1,200 parking spaces of which 300 are covered parking spaces, offsite and half street improvements, utility infrastructure, and landscape planting. Design strategies encompassed embracing the Credit One Brand through a sense of place – celebrating Credit One’s culture and history. Wanting to remain connected and transparent, the design promotes visibility and accessibility with meeting spaces (formal and informal), active circulation that encourages employee interactions and inviting communal / gathering spaces. Incorporating a balance of a simple base palette with visual texture and color, furniture consists of “kit-of-parts” to accommodate growth and adaptability. Acoustical zones are designed with privacy in mind – allowing for quiet breaks to balance the open office workspace. Functional spaces support end-users with abundant access to outdoors and daylight with perimeter windows.
