Built on 53 acres, this 300,000 sq. ft. seven-building campus-style industrial complex is the recipient of multiple 2009 NAIOP Spotlight Awards. All required infrastructure was completed as well as roadways and parking areas on the site .The campus houses the company headquarters, administrative offices, equipment rental, equipment repair, training facilities, sales operations, and warehousing.

Certified in 2009, the innovative complex was built using proven LEED® strategies as well as cutting edge construction techniques, and remains the largest office/industrial Gold Certified project in the state of Nevada. Cutting-edge sustainable features include: a ground source heat exchange for HVAC, daylight in 90% of regularly occupied spaces, daylight harvesting (with associated building controls), waterless urinals, low-flow fixtures, occupancy sensors, native landscaping, and recycled and local materials. Sustainable work practices are part of everyday life on the campus.
