This project is the modernization and expansion to an existing high school in Berthold, North Dakota. The 36,000 sq. ft. expansion includes three separate additions to the original high school campus, including a new gymnasium, cafeteria, music room & vocational classrooms. Originally built in 1963, the remodeled portion of the facility holds new classroom space for a science lab, teaching kitchen and the relocation of the school’s greenhouse. Additional Site Improvements in progress include a new 52,000 sq. ft. parking lot with concrete pavement/driveway and a complete repaving and striping of the existing main lot.
