This was a multi-phased project consisting of site work, demolition, abatement and construction of a new 32,283 sq. ft. bus and equipment maintenance facility for the Bellevue School District. The previous antiquated facility remained operational during construction and went undisturbed by the new construction. Later receiving LEED Gold Certification, the facility includes sustainable features such as energy efficient solar panels, heat recovery systems and geothermal wells.
