Winner of the 2015 NAIOP Merit Award for Best Large Tenant Improvement Project. Tenant Improvement of the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of an existing 6-story building that was vacant for over eight years during the economic recession. Addition scope of work included substantial MEP upgrades and other provisions to support future expansion by Asurion as well as other future businesses to move into the building. This 91,742 sq. ft. call center now provides over 800 high paying jobs for the residents of Southern Nevada. Great detail was spent in making their new building as comfortable so that their team members can reach their full potential. Employees now enjoy in-house workout facilities, inviting open spaces, an employee café and a video/gaming lounge.
