Food Safety and Hygiene
Safe food handling procedures are of paramount importance at any food service operation but even more so at remote locations. Our procedures are predicated upon HACCP, an analysis of hazards in the preparation of food and systematic monitoring of critical control points including procurement, handling and shipping, on-site storage, preparation and serving.
Close attention is also paid to observing strict hygienic standards including:
- Personal hygiene standards for all our culinary staff;
- Observance of proper food storage and serving procedures;
- Medical exams and food handler's certification for all employees assigned to food handling positions;
- Proper supervision of food service operations at all times.
