Record Keeping
Accurate record keeping of the data generated by camp operations is essential, as is providing ready access to the client on a timely basis. Sodexo will collect and retain accurate data of all property and equipment assigned to it as well as accurate records of all camp operational activities including:
- Documentation of ownership. Ownership of any property or equipment purchased by Sodexo on behalf of the client will be clearly documented for legal and accounting purposes.
- All owners' manuals, bulletins, and warranties will be kept on file and shall be easily accessible for future reference.
- Detailed service records and performance histories will be maintained for all major equipment operated by Sodexo.
- A complete and up to up-to-date inventory will be kept of all equipment Sodexo is responsible for maintaining.
