Overview

Sodexo Remote Sites is commonly viewed as a food services provider, but it also performs other important functions. The overall success of operations at a remote camp facility is dependent upon effective procedures that assure all camp operations function smoothly at all times. It is also important that effective lines of communications be established between Sodexo, the project owner and other onsite contractors to ensure that all parties are kept informed of camp operations and the physical status of camp facilities.

Sodexo will often provide the following camp services either on it's own or working closely with other parties such as the camp provider or general contractor:

• Camp administrative and record keeping functions
• Food services
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Maintenance services
• Ancillary services
