We conduct a pre-application meeting with local Community Development Staff concerning the required land use applications. We provide the client with guidance to obtain approvals and to vet possible conditions of approval for the applications.

Jurisdiction Coordination:

We will coordinate and submit through the local Community Development Department the required land use entitlement applications.

 

Land Use Applications:

We will prepare the required local land use applications by obtaining all necessary documents as currently required by jurisdiction.

 

Public Involvement:

We will coordinate and facilitate open house meetings in the local jurisdiction for the project to build consensus and address any concerns.

 

Hearing/Commission Meetings/Council:

We will attend all local governing boards, including commission or council meetings representing the client to obtain the necessary entitlement approvals.
