Announcement of New Special Projects Division

Tony Dazzio, Senior Vice President of Burke Construction Group is pleased to announce the formation of Burke's new Special Projects/Tenant Improvement Division.

The Special Projects/Tenant Improvement Division will be led by Burke Division Manager, Jim Colegrove. Jim has spent over two decades, estimating, building and managing nationally recognized construction projects throughout the Las Vegas valley and the Southwest. "With more than 20 years of experience within the commercial development and brokerage community, Jim is uniquely qualified to lead this new division", said Tony Dazzio, Senior Vice President. "As developers and brokers continue to refine their approach during Nevada's economic recovery, tenant improvements and smaller special projects are becoming more prevalent. As the Las Vegas construction market continues to evolve, Burke's Special Projects/Tenant Improvement Division stands ready to assist."
