Position availability changes regularly at our corporate office. The most commonly-expanding positions include the following:


Project Manager


The successful candidate will have a four (4) year construction/engineering degree or equivalent combinations or technical training and/or related construction experience. A track record of large commercial construction experience with pre-planning, risk control, quality control, financial management, commissioning, safety and employee training. Experience in commercial, public works, industrial and hotel/casino projects ranging in size from $5,000,000 to $70,000,000. The individual must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, decision-making and problem solving skills. Advanced computer skills including CPM scheduling and Primavera Expedition Project Management Control software a must.   Walmart Remodel / SWPPP Certification a strong plus.


Superintendent


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of related experience in commercial construction with a variety of project experience in commercial, public works, industrial and hotel/casino projects. An individual with strong communication, organization, decision making and problem solving skills. Computer skills including CPM scheduling and Primavera Expedition Project Management Control software a plus.   Walmart Remodel / SWPPP Certification a strong plus.
